Log at least 6 cycles. The likely window runs from your shortest cycle minus 18 to your longest cycle minus 11. Since it is wide, combine it with cervical mucus and ovulation tests over more days. If irregularity is constant, see a gynecologist: PCOS or a thyroid issue may be involved.
